Kim Gordon is selling clothes from her closet
Kim Gordon is nearly as known for being a style icon as she is for being a musical legend, and she’ll be offering people the chance to shop finds from her closet this Sunday (Aug. 27). Stylist Christina Turner is hosting “Kim Gordon’s Closet Sale” at Los Angeles’ Submission Beauty from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., and says, “We have been purging thru her closet and I must say, there are gems! (I might be adding some things to the mix) Early bird gets the worm. Limited pieces, small collection.”

Gordon will be donating her proceeds from the sale to The Downtown Women’s Center, which helps women experiencing homelessness in greater Los Angeles access housing, employment, advocacy, and wellness. 20% of Submission Beauty’s proceeds will go to 5 Gyres, to help them in their fight against plastic pollution.
There Will Be Coffee and Sneaky Vegan Bakery will be on hand with coffee and pastries, respectively, and DJ Andie will spin. See the flyer below.
