What’s more, comedians and actors such as Fred Armisen and Saturday Night Live‘s Jenny Slate and Michael Che are also on the Boston Calling 2019 bill, right alongside musical artists such as Travis Scott, Tame Imapa and Janelle Monáe.
In a press release, Brian Appel, the co-founder and CEO of the promotions company behind the festival, Boston Calling Events LLC, shares his thoughts regarding the tenth production of the annual fest event held near Massachusetts’ capital.
“We’ve had the privilege of bringing fans nine editions of Boston Calling, featuring hundreds of acts: from world-renowned superstars, to Grammy winners and nominees, to local artists on the rise,” he says. “We love the artists that have been assembled for 2019, and look forward to welcoming back many of our favorites from past editions.”
