Winnetka Bowling League announce debut album Sha La La

Rising LA indie trio Winnetka Bowling League are back with the announcement of their debut album, Sha La La, arriving May 31 via Local Weather/MDDN Records.

We’ve already heard the colossally catchy title track, and today they’ve shared the new single “Handsome,” which is a cheery, romantic ode to shooting your shot before it becomes something you regret later. Frontman Matt Koma says it best: “‘Handsome’ is a song about telling your friend to shut the fuck up about their new texting obsession and either go fishing or be fished.”

After supporting Waterparks for a couple of shows this month, the band will head out on their own headlining tour this summer, which launches June 25 in Seattle and ends July 23 in NYC.
