The track, “I.S.S.U.E.S.,” is the last track on the band’s upcoming album, Washed, which drops July 20. The band also recently released “Flashbacks,” another single of Washed.
Vocalist Andy Chaves says the song, along with the majority of the tracks on the record, are related to his own personal experience.
“‘I.S.S.U.E.S.’ was written during a time when I was feeling low and depressed about a relationship that didn’t work out,” Chaves says. “It’s an anthem for breaking through that and realizing you will be OK on your own.”
The track is definitely upbeat and perfect for listening to when you might need a little pick-me-up.
Washed will have 12 songs total, and you can preorder a copy of it here.
