2. Carousel Kings drop new single

Carousel Kings released a new track, “Code Breaker (Smile).” The song is the first single off their upcoming album, Plus Ultra, which is set to be released May 31. “We proposed a lot of ’80s/’90s youth culture for the video game show, slime-ery, cheesy infomercials, B-level horror movies and ‘dramatic’ film noir,” vocalist David Alexander says. “Outside of the visuals, the song references positivity and soul searching throughout, so we balanced lighthearted comedy [while] keeping fans on their toes with intricate songwriting.” Preorders for the new LP are available here.

3. Crown The Empire release live video
