Sasquatch! Festival adds TV On The Radio, Stephen Malkmus

Organizers of the annual music fest Sasquatch! Music Festival have confirmed the schedule for the 2006 edition. The fest, taking place from May 26-28 at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington (outside of Seattle), will feature a large variety of musical acts headlining, from Nine Inch Nails and HIM to Ben Harper and the Flaming Lips to Beck and Death Cab For Cutie.

Fleshing out each day's lineups include ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Queens Of The Stone Age, Pretty Girls Make Graves, the Shins, Constantines, Bedouin Soundclash, the Decemberists, Nada Surf, Rocky Votolato and many more. Recent additions to the lineup include TV On The Radio, Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks, Damien Jurado and Headphones. The fest also promises avant-folk artist Sufjan Stevens' only scheduled concert appearance of the summer.

Daughters announce details of new LP, post new MP3

Providence, Rhode Island's avant-spazzcore collective, Daughters, have announced the details regarding their upcoming second LP. The 10-track album has been titled Hell Songs; it is the follow-up to 2003's Robotic Empire-released Canada Songs and will be released August 8 by Hydrahead. A website for the release has been set up; you can view it here.

The album was co-produced by Andrew Schneider (Cave In, Blue Man Group) and the band; the track "Providence By Gaslight" features guest appearances from three members of Kayo Dot. The band have also posted an MP3 of "Fiery"; you can download that here. The tracklisting is below:

Victory Records pop-punk act Bayside have announced the dates for their upcoming Lions Tigers And Bears Tour, featuring the Sleeping and special guests (on select dates) I Am The Avalanche, Hit The Lights and Halifax. This tour is notable as it's the first one with bassist Nick Ghanbarian back in the fold after being injured in the tragic auto accident last year that also saw the passing of drummer John "Beatz" Holohan. Grade to reunite July 21 in Toronto

Canadian promoter Sellout Enterprises has announced that groundbreaking post-hardcore act Grade will be reuniting for one show only July 21 at the Opera House in Toronto. The band, led by vocalist Kyle Bishop, broke up in 2002 and formed Somehow Hollow, the Black Maria and others. The lineup for the show will feature the band's Under The Radar lineup, which is made up of Bishop, Greg Taylor, Matt Jones, Shawn Magill and Chris Danner. For more details, head to sellout.ca.

There is no word on whether or not the reunion will be permanent; currently, it is presumed to be one show only.
