ANTAGONIST POST NEW SONG

Antagonist have posted a new song at their MySpace page. The track is titled "Bomb Shelter" and opens their forthcoming Prosthetic debut, Exile.

Exile is slated for release September 30, following up 2006's An Envy Of Innocence (Dwell).

Eulogy has signed Ocala, FL pop-hardcore six-piece Paddock Park.

The band is currently tracking their as-yet-untitled label debut and followup to their 2007 EP, With False Hope.

RISE AGAINST ANNOUNCE FALL TOUR ROUTING

THE GERMS TO BE INDUCTED INTO HOLLYWOOD''S ROCK WALK

LA punk pioneers The Germs will be inducted into Hollywood's RockWalk on August 20th at noon. The RockWalk is the only sidewalk gallery that exclusively honors musicians that have made a significant impact on the scene. The walk consists of handprints, signatures and pictures of over 100 artists.

Although they only had one studio album, entitled GI, The Germs rapidly gained a following with their rebellious onstage antics and disregard for social rules. Tragically, vocalist Darby Crash committed suicide four days after the Germs' last performance.

Recently, a film starring Shane West entitledWhat We Do IS Secret, was produced, centering on the life of the Germs. The remaining Germs were so impressed with West that they asked him to join them as vocalist, recreating the band. What We Do Is Secret hits theaters in late august.

Strait from Bonnaroo, Texas's What Made Milwaukee Famous are joining Birmingham group Wild Sweet Orange on their tour. Already actively supporting their Barsuk record, What Doesn't Kill Us, the band will use their remaining dates to prepare for their appearances at Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Festival.
