Alternative Press - Scott Heisel on 7/15/09 @ 12:32 AM - altpress.com

After having to cancel the majority of their headlining tour due to a death in the family earlier this week, Florida-based folk-punks Fake Problems have announced that they will un-cancel the last week of dates, primarily in their home state of Florida. Opening each show will be Ninja Gun. Confirmed dates below:

Aug 2 2009 8:00P BottleTree Birmingham, Alabama
Aug 4 2009 7:00P Big Daddy's Tallahassee, Florida
Aug 5 2009 9:00P 1982 Bar Gainesville, Florida
Aug 6 2009 7:00P The Backbooth Orlando, Florida
Aug 7 2009 8:00P Transitions Art Gallery Tampa, Florida

Also, according to Ninja Gun's blog, both bands plan to have a split 7-inch available by the start of these dates. They write:

"Our tour split with Fake Problems will be ready sometime in the next couple of weeks. It's on white vinyl. It's coming out on Sabot Productions and Jordan assures me that the artwork will be psychedelic as fuck. Our song is called "Time and a Half" and Fake Problems' jam is called "The Manliest Man of All Men"."
