Verse En Coma set debut release date, post new song

Falls Church, Virginia punk/screamo quintet Verse En Coma, who feature ex-members of Malady as well as former City Of Caterpillar and current Darkest Hour drummer Ryan Parrish, have set a release date for their long-delayed debut, Rialto. The record will be coming out Aug. 12 as a 10" vinyl/CD combo on Robotic Empire, and you can listen to the track "DCC Cassette" on the band's MySpace page.

The Roller set to release debut

Austin, TX sludge-metal act the Roller are set to release their self-titled debut album on Monofonus Press.

The album will be released June 17th, following up a limited 2006 demo, and is described as providing "the ideal soundtrack for a hesh sesh or all night fuck-fest of mind-bending and calamitous proportions."

Hot Water Music and Thursday announce NYC show

Post-hardcore lifers Hot Water Music have announced a one-off co-headlining show with Thursday at New York City's Terminal 5 on July 12. Paint It Black will also be on the bill. Tickets are $24.50 advance, $25 day of, and they're available here.

The Anniversary post "new" song

Defunct indie rockers the Anniversary have posted a song from their upcoming compilation, Devil On Our Side: Rarities And B-Sides. The song is titled "Fletcher Durbin" and can be found streaming here.

The record is due for release June 24 via Vagrant.
