The (International) Noise Conspiracy, the garage-rock outlet of former Refused frontman Dennis Lyxzen, have announced their return to North American soil this May and June in support of 2005's Armed Love. The band will kick off their tour May 19 in Seattle before entering Canada, occasionally dipping back into the U.S. before concluding their tour on June 5 at CBGB in New York City. Opening all shows (except CBGB's) are the Fever. Dates:
