The Blackout Pact to temporarily reunite

Colorado post-hardcore punks the Blackout Pact will be reuniting temporarily to record a new EP and tour one last time. The band broke up just two years ago after some tumultuous events.

The recording will take place in February 2009 for a planned release the following summer and a tour in support.

The band released one full-length during their time together: 2006's Hello Sailor on Astro Magnetics. Members went on to form acts like Sleeper Horse and Only Thunder.
