Weatherbox frontman Brian Warren has unveiled the title as well as some other information for the band's next full-length. Their sophomore LP will be called The Cosmic Drama.
It seems The Cosmic Drama will be heavily influenced by Kurt Vonnegut's The Sirens Of Titan, delving into such themes as "alien involvement in evolutionary process" and "our roles as specks on a speck in a speck" (space). Warren did not reveal any recording or release specificities, though it's presumed the album will be out on Doghouse this year or the next. The Cosmic Drama will eventually follow up 2007's American Art. |
