The Blackout Pact break up

Colorado post-hardcore band the Blackout Pact have announced that after a short three years, they have broken up. The band released one album, 2005's Hello Sailor, which came out on Astro Magnetics. The band posted a statement on their MySpace blog, a portion of which are below:
"there were some actions and behavior that took place on this last tour that was completely unacceptable and we feel that it would be best to just pull the plug on this thing. We had what we feel was a great run, we made a lot great friends on the road and would like to just remember it that way before things get worse internally."
Drummer Wisam Alshiabi also posted his own statement, a portion of which is reproduced below:
"I think maybe what made us good is that we were so volatile, too much, it reached a point that it couldn't sustain itself..

This whole thing started off with some dudes living in a house together having partys and playing music, turned into 7 of us living in 1 bedroom in a the crack ghetto of Brooklyn, turned into touring with our most favorite bands of all time, and ended in a casino in las vegas.

I will say ultimately that it was some really fucking stupid decisions that ended this band, but the warning signs were there from the first day it started. It's almost like we never should have made it to the point we did, and most bands would have stopped, but because of amazing people we kept going."
Alshiabi also states that he will be forming a new band with bassist/vocalist Billy Joe Bailey; there is no more information available on that project.
