As we first announced last month, Jared Leto-led prog-rock act 30 Seconds To Mars and dance-rock group Head Automatica, fronted by Glassjaw singer Daryl Palumbo, will be embarking on this year's edition of the MTV$2 Bill Tour. Added to the bill alongside previously announced opener Cobra Starship are Rock Kills Kid and Men, Women & Children. Envy On The Coast are one of a handful of bands who will open a portion of the shows; the remaining bands have not yet been announced.
