Legal:
1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment necessary to enter. To enter the contests, fill out the entry form on altpress.com or print your name and address (including city, state, zipcode, and email address) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: AP "Get Out Of The Garage Converse Giveaway" 1305 West 80th Street, Suite 2F, Cleveland, Ohio 44102-1996. Enter as often as you like, but each entry must be handwritten and mailed seperately. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Entries must be postmarked by December 4th, 2009. Entries will not be returned. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, mutilated, late or misdirected entries.
2. Prize Claims. Any prizes not claimed by December 18th, 2009 will not be awarded.
3. Odds Of Winning. Odds of winning are determined by number of entries received.
4. Eligibility. Sweepstakes not open to employees of Alternative Press Magazine Inc., Cornerstone, Converse, or to their immediate families. Winners must sign both an affadavit of eligibility and a publicity release allowing the use of their names by sponsors. Void where prohibited by law. All taxes are the responsibilites of the prize winners.
5. Winners List. For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Alternative Press Contests/"name of contest" Winners List, 1305 West 80th Street, Suite 2F, Cleveland, Ohio 44102-1996. Request must be postmarked by 5/4/09. Allow four to six weeks for delivery. A list will also be made available at altpress.com
